Overnight Closing
Each store's manager submits their closing independently, on their own schedule. You get one consolidated WhatsApp: which stores matched, which had a variance, and the combined night total. No calls to each manager. No manual addition.
If Store 2 has a ₹320 variance, you know before you sleep — and which manager to talk to in the morning.
Stock Transfers
When Store 3 is running low on Old Monk and Store 1 has excess, you initiate a transfer from your phone. Both stores' stock levels update immediately. The movement is logged, attributed, and reflected in each store's closing for that day.

P&L Per Store
View P&L for each store individually or combined. License cost allocated per store. Rent, salary, and expenses tracked per location. You know which outlet carries the weight and which needs attention — before it becomes a problem.

Role Isolation
Roles in ExciseOS are store-specific. Your Store 1 manager sees only Store 1 data — closing, stock, and expenses for their location. Store 2's manager sees Store 2. You as owner see everything. Your partner sees their financial share across all stores.
Compartmentalization protects you. A manager who can see other stores' numbers has information they don't need — and potentially information they can misuse.
Syndicate Partner View
A silent partner in a multi-store syndicate wants to know their capital exposure, combined returns, and monthly settlement across all outlets. ExciseOS shows them exactly that — nothing more.
They don't see which manager closed which night or what the Vizag stock looks like. They see their share of the combined P&L — and that's what they need.
